I’m using Windows XP and when I attempt to install the USB drivers on my Brother machine I receive the message "Cannot Installthis Hardware".I replaced my ink cartridge, but the LCD is still displaying "Ink Empty".

I get an error "Print Queue is stopped" using Mac OSX 10.2-10.4. 
The error message "Command lineargument is invalid" appears.
I cannot use Scan to E-mail with Outlook2003 or Outlook2007 after updating ContolCenter3. How do I clear the message "PAPER JAM" or "PRINTER JAM" from the display?. How do I clear the "INK EMPTY" message from the display?.
